With a background in Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, each session is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and move with intention. This isn’t about pushing or performing—it’s about softening, integrating, and allowing.

  • A meditative, deep stretch practice that targets the fascia and supports emotional release, stillness, and introspection.
